Rashida Jones of The Office is looking to star opposite Knocked Up co-stars Paul Rudd and Jason Segel (not Segal as Tatiana Siegel over at Variety spelled it) in a romantic comedy called I Love You, Man. The film, written and directed by John Hamburg, centers on a man about to get married (Rudd) and his search for the right stranger to be his best man. Jones will play his fiancée.
Then Jones will be joining Harry Connick, Jr. and Renée Zellweger in Chilled in Miami, which "centers on a Miami businesswoman who is transferred to rural Minnesota, and while she is there she re-evaluates her big-city values." Zellweger will play the lead with Jones as her best friend. Ah the best friend: The sassy gal who thinks she knows everything until love hits the protagonist in the face, surprising everyone.
