I know this is an announcement that our 11-17 year-old female readers have been waiting for (there must be at least one). Disney has managed to make deals with the entire original cast of High School Musical in order to reunite them for the first big screen entry in the HSM series. That's right, they're being promoted from made-for-TV movies to actual movies. Again, I know 99% of our readership doesn't care about this but news is news. Also, THR had a pretty good description of the "plot" of HSM 3: Senior Year:
Written by returning scribe Peter Barsocchini, "HSM3" sees Troy (Efron) and Gabriella (Hudgens) facing possible separation as they head off in different directions to college. Musical numbers ensue.
Indeed. HSM's fifteen minutes of fame have really been pushing the limits of decency.
